WN(Q) Series Dredging Pump

Product Description: WN(Q) Series Dredging Pump •      Product Introduction     WN(Q) series dredging pump is marine sand dredge pump for dredging of river and sea. This  pump is simple and reliable in structure, easy to disassemble and maintain, and adopts high chrome cast iron parts. It has a long trouble-free life. This series of dredge slurry pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilever, horizontal centrifugal pumps. The flow passage of the impeller is wide through the capacity, so it is difficult to block for pumping sand gravel or high plastic clay. It has super strong excavation and suction ability.  WN(Q) series dredging pump is suitable for dredging and filling operations of cutter-suction dredger and trailing suction dredger. It is also used for river sand mining and mining vessels.  •     Product Feature 1.The structure is simple and reliable.        Type 200WN-500WN dredging pump adopts single pump casing structure. According to the connecting way of gear box can provide two kinds of typical structures, one is connected with own bearing bracket, the other is combined with reduction gear box. The lubrication of pump with bearing bracket is grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication.        Type 600WN-1200WN inboard pump adopts double pump casing structure, with its own bracket. Lubrication way is mandatory thin oil lubrication. The safety and reliability of the double pump casing design keeps the volute liner can be used to close to wear out, and when the liner was broken, no water will enter the pump room.        Series submersible slurry dredging pumps adopt single pump casing structure, in order to reduce the pump weight, easy to lift and move.   2. Easy to assemble and disassemble and easy to maintain. The front dismantling structure is adopted, and special disassembly tools are equipped to facilitate disassembly and assembly.  3.The performance of dredging is excellent. The flow and head curve of the pump are steep, the suction ability is strong, the ability of passing the pump is good, the change of the distance is more applicable, and the depth of digging and the higher transportation concentration can be reached.  4.Good wear resistance and long life of flow wear parts. The impeller, volute liner, throat bushing and rear plate liner (wearable liner) are made of strong wear resistant alloy cast iron whose hardness is not less than 58HRC.It has not only impact on resistance but also high anti-abrasion performance.  5.Using advanced hydraulic model, the pump has low hydraulic loss, high efficiency and low energy consumption. The service life of each part is full considered in the process of product design. Product Description: TL(R) Series Horizontal FGD Pump •      Product Introduction     TL(R) series desulfurization pump is cantilevered horizontal centrifugal slurry pump.It is double casing pump. The lining adopts replaceable hard alloy wear parts or rubber parts, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. This series pump is equipped with compact X shaped bracket for significantly saving space.It is characterized by wide flow range, high efficiency.     TL(R) series desulfurization pump is mainly used in hydro FGD system as absorber desulturizing slurry circulating pump.  •     Product Feature The pump housing is made of replaceable hard alloy liner or rubber liner with double pump housing structure, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high reliability. The structure of the pump is back disassembling type for easily maintenance, it is not necessary to dismantle the inlet or outlet pipeline when maintenance is needed. The impeller are made from a new type of anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion material specially for FGD process, this type of material has advantages of anti-corrosion as duplex stainless steel and anti-abrasion of high chrome alloy. Double-row tapered roller bearing is adopted at the pump end, cylindrical roller bearing is adopted at the drive end, and the bearings are lubricated by oil so that the condition the bearings works under is improved and the service life of the bearings is lengthened. The market share of the metal slurry pumps has been ranked the first for decades, and its market capacity is reaching 10 billion. With the technology development of all industries, the newer and higher requirement has been put forward in the new era of social development. The existing slurry pump delivery systems need to be updated for solving the following problem during use: l Customize products for use conditions are needed. l The MTBF should be expanded more regularly, and the service life of all vulnerable parts should be as same as possible. l The product can be adaptive to changing performance point. l The product seal should be leak-free to achieve environmental protection. l The product is highly efficient and energy-saving throughout its life cycle. 2.The design idea of the new slurry pump system The Goal of the new slurry pump system:High efficiency, energy saving, stable operation, safe and reliable, long life and convenient control.
